A grand opening will be held Thursday, Oct. 26 for 456 West, a mixed-use workforce community featuring 91 apartment homes, 4,900 square feet of commercial space, a community center and a parking garage in San Pedro.
Developed in partnership with Linc Housing in an city that is quickly losing its affordable housing stock, 456 West will benefit veterans, small families and adults with disabilities who are from the area and want to remain in San Pedro.
