National CORE will hold a groundbreaking celebration on Aug. 15 for Orchard View Gardens in Buena Park, our latest church collaboration.
Orchard View will provide 66 apartment homes serving seniors ages 62 and better on 1.76 acres. The development is a partnership with St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church with a California Mission architectural style that complements the church and surrounding neighborhoods. A cluster of nine single-story casitas will sit on the property’s north side with taller buildings to the west and at the center. Eight homes are reserved for seniors who have experienced homelessness.
