National CORE is nearing completion of our 456 West mixed-use development in San Pedro featuring workforce housing and street level commercial space.
The six-story building contains 91 beautiful apartments above 4,900 square feet of commercial space, a community center that will serve as a hub for neighborhood activities and a 60-car parking garage. The community will serve individuals and families earning 30% to 80% of the area median income.
The development is in leasing with a grand opening expected in October.
