National CORE marked June as Gay Pride month, standing alongside our Spectrum Affinity Group. The group provided resources, showed the movie “Love, Simon” on June 9 and hosted UCLA LGBTQ+ Campus Resource Center Director Andy Cofino at our June 16 town hall. Cofino discussed the Fair Housing Act and the challenges facing unhoused youth, especially those who identify as LGBTQ+.
