The amazing Property Management team at Day Creek Senior Villas joined members of the Marketing Department in May for a long-awaited celebration of their victory in Marketing’s quarterly contest for top-performing properties. Day Creek was chosen at random to receive a free lunch from among PM teams achieving a four-star or five-star rating based on online reviews in Q4 of 2024.
This time the venue was the Cheesecake Factory!
The team includes Community Manager Shantel Del Rosario, Assistant Manager Lynda Primas, Resident Services Technician Supervisor Christopher Castaneda and Resident Services Technician Patrick Kelly. The team shared the daily joys – and occasional challenges – that accompany working at our senior communities.
