As housing regulations grow more complex, especially those tied to public funding, the need for a strong, steady compliance team has never been greater. They make sure nothing slips through the cracks –tracking regulations, verifying certifications and ensuring we meet every deadline and expectation with care and precision.
Their work protects more than our properties – it protects the people we serve. By keeping us in good standing, the compliance team ensures families can stay in their homes, seniors have peace of mind and new developments can move ahead without delays.
What makes our compliance team exceptional isn’t just what they do, but how they do it – with transparency, collaboration, problem-solving and a deep understanding of our mission. They work closely with Property Management, Resident Services, Finance and Development, helping every team succeed.

Having an internal team means we benefit from institutional knowledge and continuity despite staff transitions, regulatory changes or economic shifts.
And as our organization has grown, so has this team. What began as a small group of four has expanded to 18 dedicated professionals, including team members who’ve come from other departments and brought valuable perspective with them. This integration ensures compliance is not just enforced; it’s embedded into our operations.
