Greenbrier Village, our stunning new affordable housing community in Oceanside, has been nominated as the Best Supportive Housing and Project of the Year (New Construction) in the San Diego Housing Federation’s 2025 Ruby Awards.
Greenbrier Village is a beautiful integrated supportive housing community for residents who have experienced homelessness or who were at risk of becoming homeless.
This near net-zero energy community offers 60 homes with onsite support services provided by Hope through Housing, Interfaith Community Services, San Diego County Behavioral Health Services and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The San Diego Housing Federation, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting quality affordable housing in the San Diego region, will host an awards ceremony Thursday, June 5 at the Marriot Marquis San Diego Marina.
