As a regional property manager, Anastasia Davis is always on the move, visiting National CORE properties across beautiful San Diego County. With a deep commitment to the communities she serves, Anastasia works closely with the incredible teams who manage our properties throughout the region.

Though she now calls San Diego home, Anastasia’s journey began in Fontana, where she started as a leasing consultant. It was there that Monique Felix, the San Diego regional director, mentioned a position by the coast – and Anastasia knew it was an opportunity she couldn’t pass up.

She’s now been with the company for 10 years, including nearly seven years as a community manager at Melrose Villas.

“I love this industry because it’s truly about helping people who need it most,” she said. “When you’re onsite, you see the impact you’re making, and that’s incredibly fulfilling. I deeply admire everything National CORE stands for.”

Anastasia finds immense joy in the stories she hears and the connections she builds with residents.

“It’s so rewarding to watch my residents evolve and thrive,” she added.

Her role as a regional manager has opened her eyes to a broader perspective of the complexities of providing best of class property management at multiple communities.

Anastasia’s unwavering dedication to bringing National CORE’s mission to life every day and her tireless efforts in helping to create strong, supportive foundations for residents and employees have not gone unnoticed.

Anastasia was honored with the “I Am Hope” Employee Award for the fourth quarter of 2025, a true testament to the positive impact she continues to have on the communities she serves.

Monique, who is regional director for the San Diego properties, said Anastasia’s work ethic has played a significant role in keeping the entire at the top of its game for service, including meeting key deadlines.

“Anastasia never shies away from challenges and is a huge team player,” Monique said. “She strives to make sure her residents and team get the best possible customer experience.”
