Scores of National CORE employees, families and friends along with nearly 100 National CORE residents cheered on the Empire Strykers during their home game opener against Utica City FC on Dec. 13 at Toyota Arena in Ontario.
The evening was designated as National CORE Night, with company employees enjoying the game from the stands and at the arena’s VIP lounge, which was stocked with food and snacks.
Empire’s Marco Fabian and Justin Stinson each scored two goals, setting the pace for the high-intensity game and wowing fans. At the half, the Strykers led 4-3. While the Strykers were edged out of a victory in the last minutes of the game, National CORE employees still enjoyed a fantastic night out.
