The transformation of Rancho San Pedro is underway!
The One San Pedro Collaborative, composed of National CORE, Century Housing, the Richman Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), will host a groundbreaking ceremony for 327 Harbor – a new affordable housing community in the heart of San Pedro.
The celebration, which will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, will showcase 327 Harbor as the first step in transforming the Rancho San Pedro area from an aging 1940s era public housing site into a modern mixed-income, mixed-use community. Once completed, the area will be home to a variety of housing types, community parks, retail stores and improved pedestrian and bicycle mobility paths.
Construction on 327 Harbor, led by National CORE, is expected to run from December 2024 to early 2027.
