Congratulations to the Property Management team at Impressions at Valley Center for earning top honors in the Marketing & Communications’ Departments Rewards and Recognitions program for the Third Quarter of 2024.
Each quarter, Marketing chooses a team at random from among those achieving 4- and 5-star ratings during the quarter to be highlighted and celebrated with a special lunch.
Led by Community Manager Naomi Ramirez, the Impressions team includes:

“All our hard work is paying off,” Elishia said. “Our residents are noticing the care we are putting into making this a great place to live. It’s a big deal for us and inspires us to keep doing our best every day. We are proud of what we’ve achieved together.”
Regional Property Manager Nora Garcia-Brady said she is proud of her team’s success.
“This recognition wouldn’t have been possible without all their hard work and dedication to the care of our residents. It shows that what we do every day really makes a difference,” Nora said.
The team was among a group of 11 properties earning 4- and 5-star ratings based on reviews in July, August and September.
