The week kicked off with a warm welcome featuring delicious bagels and pastries as employees began their day at the Corporate office. Touchdown desks, meeting rooms and the lunchroom buzzed with the energy of team members reconnecting in person.

The celebration culminated in a town hall in the Founder’s room to mark the end of the second quarter. Robert Diaz, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, provided an overview of the organization’s health and status. He announced that 2024 is projected to have a net profit margin of about 14.8%, a 5% increase from 2023.

Alexa Washburn, Chief Development Officer, gave a brief presentation on the 2024 pipeline, highlighting that by the end of the year, we will have created over 700 new apartment homes.

In the spirit of appreciation, we also recognized some of our dedicated employees with Quarterly Awards:

Spirit and Enthusiasm – Sandra Sigala, Hope through Housing Services Coordinator

Best in Class – Tammy Griffin, Mission Village Senior Apartment Community Manager

I am Hope – George Huang, Acquisitions Analyst

Congratulations to the entire team and see you next CORE Week!
