National CORE hosted more than 100 guests and partners on Feb. 20 to celebrate the grand opening of Metro View, our fifth development in Rialto and the city’s first transit-oriented affordable housing community.
We partnered with Related California, LaBarge Industries, Housing Partners I, the City of Rialto and San Bernardino County to develop the 55-apartment community next to Rialto’s Metrolink Station and Omnitrans route.
Metro View’s beautiful Spanish Mediterranean architectural style complements the neighborhood and features a pool, outdoor recreational area, community center with warming kitchen and a computer center. Hope through Housing will provide enrichment programs for residents in collaboration with our Property Management team.
Now fully leased, Metro View will not only provide residents with housing and easy transportation – it will help create a sense of community that will launch them toward brighter futures.
