Our own Nikki Butler, who teaches National CORE’s CORE Academy property management program at Chaffey College, is celebrating the graduation of our first class of 26 graduates.
Students like Andy Gomez, 29, are now poised to start new career paths thanks to the expertise they gained during the inaugural certificate course. CORE Academy is a free, 18-week Property Management & Leasing Certificate program that provides a direct college-to-career pipeline in property management. The program was launched by National CORE as a partnership with Chaffey College in 2022. This fall’s class is the first cohort.
