The Finance Department is excited to share our new employee expense platform with you! Center is one complete solution offering real-time visibility and flexibility all in one place. Cardholders can swipe their CenterCard and snap photos of receipts on the go! Auto-coding allows for quicker submittals through the desktop and APP. Out of pocket reimbursements can be added with ease and mileage is calculated after adding your starting point and destination point.
Custom approval workflows allow Department Heads and Supervisors to see their employees’ expenses as they happen. Real-time data keeps budgets on track and enables better decision making. The Center site has been customized to fit National CORE and Hope Through Housing’s expensing needs.
Jill Paulsen and Myra Bolanos have been working diligently onboarding all users within the organization, hosting department presentations and providing PowerPoints.
Center has a dedicated Support Team available 24 hours per day, seven days per week via phone, email, and web chat. Ongoing training for new and recurring users is available by signing up for webinars through the Center website.
