More than 4,300 applications have poured in for 456 West, a 91-apartment affordable living community developed in San Pedro by National CORE and Linc Housing – reflecting the incredible need for homes for low-income families in California’s escalating housing crisis.
The community features children’s play areas, outdoor gathering spaces, a sixth-floor overlook of the harbor and 4,900 square feet of retail space.
National CORE, Linc Housing, local officials and community partners celebrated a grand opening for the development on Oct. 26.
