Jackie Berckley is stepping into a new chapter at National CORE as our learning & development manager, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her shine.

After 10 years of service – from Shadow Hill in San Diego to Valencia Vista and later as senior community manager for several San Bernardino properties – Jackie has built a reputation for compassion, leadership and heart. Her calm presence and deep care for residents and teammates have made her a trusted and respected part of the National CORE family.

“One of my most memorable moments was handing keys to a resident who had been living in their car for two years,” Jackie shared. “Moments like that remind you why this work matters.”

Recognizing her talent for mentoring others, Angel Rogers, director of Learning & Development, invited Jackie to join the team – a natural next step for someone who’s always helped others succeed.

“Jackie’s heart for service and her deep operational knowledge make her the perfect fit for this role,” Angel said. “She understands what our teams need because she’s been there herself.”

In her new position, Jackie will focus on Yardi training, onboarding support for new team members and guiding employees through professional development courses.

“I’m excited to join the Learning & Development team,” Jackie said. “I’ve always loved helping people grow, and now I get to do that every day.”

Jackie’s journey is a great example of how growth happens at every level of National CORE – through dedication, care and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
