National CORE’s Property Management teams have once again shown why they are the best around! During Q2 2025, we received a record-breaking 101 positive online reviews across our Google, Yelp and Apple property profiles.

The boost in reviews is the result of a new Reputation Management Contest, created by the Marketing Department, which ran throughout April, May and June. This contest is in addition to our regular Rewards & Recognitions lunch program. The goal is to increase the number of positive reviews. The rules were simple: earning 4- and 5-star online reviews for your property enters you into a raffle to win gift cards, goodies and bragging rights.

After three solid months of praises, only one property could be named the Q2 Reputation Management Contest winner …  River Canyon Apartments in Cathedral City!

River Canyon Apartments earned a whopping 14 positive reviews during the contest time and was selected as the lucky property to earn a pack of prizes for each employee.

A special congratulations to Community Manager Marlenne Chavez, Maintenance Technician Karlon Padaong and Maintenance Technician Jerry Barrancas – your mighty team deserves a major round of applause.

“It feels great, I am so proud of myself and my team members – we work hard to make sure our community shines and that we’re supporting our residents,” Chavez said. “We love our residents here and it’s great to know that so many of them love us as well.”

For their achievement, each of the River Canyon Apartments team members will receive a gift basket with a $20 gift card, a selection of delicious candy and snacks and some awesome National CORE swag to show how awesome they are!
