Mark your calendars! At 10 a.m. on July 31, we’ll break ground on Prisma Loft Apartments – a new 75-unit apartment community just steps from downtown Pomona’s vibrant arts district.
Designed with creative living in mind, Prisma Lofts will feature:
- 12 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom apartments
- 15 artist live/work lofts
- An 800-square-foot community art gallery
- A large mural as part of a public art installation
Eleven homes will serve residents with developmental disabilities. The Hope through Housing Foundation will provide onsite services for all residents and coordinate with the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center to offer tailored support.
Located at Mission Boulevard and Palomares Street, Prisma Lofts will be less than ¾ mile from the Pomona Transit Center and well-connected via Metrolink, Omnitrans and Foothill Transit.
