When something needs to get done – and done well – Jennifer Larios is the one to call.

As property manager at Santa Angelina, Jennifer has become a steady, trusted presence, keeping her community running smoothly while stepping up to support new lease-ups across Orange County.

Her efforts in the first quarter of 2025 earned her National CORE’s Best in Class Award – a well-deserved recognition for someone who always shows up, always follows through and always puts people first.

Over the past few months, Jennifer has juggled a lot. She manages Santa Angelina, one of our newest O.C. properties and has jumped in to help lease new communities – including Orchard View and Miraflores – while mentoring new staff along the way. Through it all, she’s kept her cool, stayed focused on the details and made sure residents remained the primary focus.

“Jennifer consistently demonstrates selflessness, kindness and a strong willingness to support others,” said Regional Property Manager Llennifer Martinez. “She’s a key part of our lease-up efforts and a teammate we all count on.”

Jennifer’s role as a mentor has been just as impactful. She’s guided new property managers through everything from file systems to resident communications, helping them build confidence and learn the ropes – all while quietly setting the standard with her own performance.

That consistency hasn’t gone unnoticed by residents, either. Even during the most hectic lease-up moments, they’ve asked to work with Jennifer directly, drawn to her calm communication style and ability to quickly solve problems.

Her why runs deep.

“Growing up, I saw my mother face frustrating housing situations,” Jennifer said. “That experience made me want to be part of the solution, to help people navigate those challenges more easily. I believe leadership starts with being consistent and approachable.”

Jennifer brings all the pieces together – care, competence and community focus – and makes it look easy. Her leadership is a quiet force that lifts everyone around her and shows exactly what it means to live out National CORE’s values, day in and day out.

Congratulations, Jennifer!
