National CORE’s own Angel Rogers took center stage as the featured speaker for a dynamic new training initiative launched by the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC). The four-part series, Leasing 101: Back-to-Basics Bootcamp for Today’s Leasing Professional, was created in response to an industry-wide call for deeper foundational training, particularly for professionals who entered the field during or after the pandemic.
Hosted at the CoStar Group Auditorium, the series was designed to equip leasing professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate today’s increasingly complex multifamily landscape. Topics ranged from leasing fundamentals and positioning strategies to relationship-building, relevant laws, and professional resiliency.
