The One San Pedro Collaborative – composed of National CORE, Century Housing, the Richman Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) – launched construction of the 327 Harbor Apartments, a beautiful housing community in the heart of San Pedro, on Feb. 10.
National CORE, as lead developer for 327 Harbor Apartments, welcomed community leaders, elected officials and dignitaries to the groundbreaking, showcasing how the development will provide 47 apartment homes at San Pedro undergoes a massive revitalization.
The 327 Harbor Apartments is the first offsite phase of community serving the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro, an aging 1940s era public housing site, into One San Pedro, a modern mixed-income, mixed-use community. One San Pedro will feature a variety of housing types, community parks, neighborhood serving retail stores and improved pedestrian and bicycle mobility.
