We are excited to host back-to-back groundbreaking and grand opening ceremonies for two of its newest properties in February and March – a dynamic sign of growth and expansion.
The company will break ground on the 327 Harbor Apartments in San Pedro on Monday, Feb. 10. National CORE is developing the property alongside Century Housing, the Richman Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, a partnership called the One San Pedro Collaborative.
National CORE will then host a grand opening for Orchard View Gardens on Wednesday, March 12, bringing the community to completion after a year and a half of construction. The development was made possible through a collaboration with the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles.
