We conducted our Annual Leasing Jamboree tour, where we went over ways to improve customer service and leasing presentations.
We also hand delivered 8 gift cards for our quarterly Mystery Shop Winners – a market research technique used by many industries to evaluate the quality of products or services from the perspective of the typical customer.
