Sandra White graciously serves our residents with a tender smile only she knows how to deliver.
“If you look up customer service, you’ll see a picture of me,” she said. “I love what I do. Sometimes it’s an uphill battle that requires a lot of patience, but nothing is more rewarding than getting a resident what they need.”
Sandra’s decade-long dedication to our mission earned her the I Am Hope award for the first quarter of 2024! This award recognizes people who embody Hope through Housing and National CORE’s mission – Sandra makes a positive impact on the lives of our residents and her colleagues by building a foundation of trust and success.
As a project manager, Sandra is always on the road assisting properties across Southern California with lease-ups, administrative work, training and even serving as a stand-in resident service technician – whatever is needed to successfully manage and preserve our beautiful communities.
“Part of my job is to be everything for everybody. I do whatever is needed onsite. If that means popping a garbage disposal, then that’s what I am going to do!” she said.
Since her start at National CORE, Sandra has worked closely with Senior Vice President of Property Management Courtney Richard.
“Sandra is not afraid of rolling up her sleeves and getting her hands dirty; that’s what makes her such a pleasure to work with,” Courtney said. “Whenever there is a problem that presents itself with property management, Sandra is one of the first ones who will jump right in and ask questions later.”
Sanda has been a silent contributor to many of the successes within property management – playing a pivotal role in training new team members and meeting lease-up deadlines, Courtney said.
She is the personification of National CORE’s commitment to high-quality property management.
Congratulations, Sandra!
