We are excited to announce our latest Mystery Shopping Winners!
Mystery shopping is a market research technique used by many industries to evaluate the quality of products or services from the perspective of the typical customer. For National CORE, that means Mystery Shoppers (sometimes called Secret Shoppers) visit our properties and interact with our employees all while pretending to be regular customers. Grace Hill is our partner and, together, we have established National CORE objectives and criteria that are specific to affordable housing. After the mystery visit, the shopper submits a report with their findings. This information is then analyzed to identify areas of strength and areas for opportunities to improve. We reward high scores with a $100 gift card.
Mystery shopping is conducted regularly to monitor ongoing performance and to ensure that our high standards of customer service are maintained.
