Alexa has become an industry-recognized expert at working with Southern California churches on developing affordable housing communities on underutilized land. So far, National CORE church partnerships include Legacy Square in Santa Ana, Nestor Senior Village in San Diego, Santa Angelina in Placentia, Orchard View Gardens in Buena Park and St. Ambrose in Claremont.
