February will mark the launch of one of the busiest years ever for National CORE grand openings – starting with the Metro View community in Rialto.
Metro View is Rialto’s first transit-oriented development, offering 55 beautiful and affordable apartment homes right next to a Metrolink station. The grand opening is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20.
The event is the first of nine anticipated grand openings in 2024 for National CORE, including:
- Mountain View, Lake Forest
- Santa Angelina, Placentia
- Nestor Senior Village, San Ysidro
- Vista de La Sierra, Riverside
- Las Dahlias, Los Angeles
- Miraflores, Anaheim
- Greenbrier Village, Oceanside
- Santa Fe Senior, Vista
Together, that’s more than 600 new affordable apartment homes from Los Angeles to San Diego.
