December 8 marked our final town hall of the year as we celebrated a momentous 2023 for our organization.
Led by Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources Dorrie Bryan, the town hall started with a sincere thank-you to everyone for their hard work in preparing for the Colonies Holiday Miracles.
Next, Mountainside Apartments earned a shout-out and congratulations for being the first site to have all its employees complete the mandated sexual harassment training under the new Gracehill Learning Center.
Way to go Mountainside!
And finally, we honored the best-of-the-best in our organization with our Quarterly Employee Awards. Each of these employees were lauded for going above and beyond in their duties, endearing kindness, steadfast determination and boundless helpfulness.

Each winner received a T-shirt and $100. They’ll all be eligible for the Employee of the Year award in each of their categories, where the winners will receive $1,000 and an extra week’s paid vacation!
