The opening of Valley Senior in Escondido brought our number of San Diego developments to 20, and we have three others under way: Nestor will be ready for move-in in just a few weeks. Greenbrier and Santa Fe Senior come next, followed by The Iris.
San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Nora Vargas spoke in glowing terms about our ongoing partnership at our groundbreaking celebration on Dec. 14.
The Iris at San Ysidro will provide 100 beautiful homes, including 15 permanent supportive housing apartments for residents who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
