Congratulations to our very own Nikki Butler for being recognized by Assemblymember Eloise Gomez Reyes as one of her 2023 “30 under 30” honorees for her commitment to the community.

The selection places her among an elite group of 30 young men and women under the age of 30 who exemplify dedication, innovation and service in the 47th Assembly District. They are the entrepreneurs, innovators, public servants and community members who will define the Inland Empire in the years to come.

The winners were honored at Reyes’ seventh annual 30 under 30 Ceremony on Nov. 27.

Nikki is a dedicated learning development specialist for National CORE and, as part of our CORE Academy program, works as a part-time adjunct professor at Chaffey College. With a profound commitment to education, Nikki seizes the opportunity to enlighten individuals about diverse career paths within the apartment industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nikki remains an active pillar within her community. She wears multiple hats at her local church, seamlessly transitioning between roles as a charismatic youth leader and a harmonious vocalist on the worship team. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University, Nikki’s enthusiasm for personal and collective growth is evident in her academic pursuits and community involvement.

She firmly believes in empowering individuals by fostering their potential and advocates for community service and the provision of resources that facilitate upward economic mobility.
