As we settle into our new HQ, we’re sure many have noticed the plethora of long hallways. Now, with the help of Hope through Housing Fitness and Wellness Manager Uzi Tayou, we can use those corridors for more than searching for meeting space.
Uzi has mapped a walking course that will take employees up and down stairs and through corridors as a way of burning a few calories and keeping us on our toes.
The walking path will be identified with a series of placards mapping a course of about 500 steps – about a tenth of a mile.
Want to do more? Uzi also is working on a quick loop through the parking garage for those who want to venture out of the building.
