National CORE’s I Am Hope Award spotlights extraordinary heroes who are in the trenches making a difference in the lives of the thousands of children, families and seniors we serve. They carry our guiding principles and CORE values in all they do, ensuring that the well-being of our residents always comes first.
This year’s honoree, Arlene Ortiz, exemplifies the absolute very best of who we are as an organization. Ortiz started as a leasing agent for National CORE more than 20 years ago. She has worked her way through the ranks and is now a regional manager, mentoring new team members and inspiring all with her commitment and compassion.
