National CORE, Riverside County, the City of Murrieta and partners on June 29 broke ground on Oak View Ranch, a new community in Murrieta that will provide much-needed affordable apartment homes to the growing metropolis.
“This community will be our first in the City of Murrieta and will offer affordable living for nearly 200 individuals and families. At every National CORE community, we ensure that our residents have access to quality programs and services to provide additional support,” National CORE President Michael Ruane said. “National CORE is proud to expand our footprint in the County of Riverside and to bring new investment to the ever-growing City of Murrieta.”
Expected to be completed in a year, Oak View Ranch will transform an underutilized plot of land into beautiful homes for individuals, families and seniors in the historic downtown neighborhood, walkable to the city’s center.
