Shanna face appears when you google Above and beyond! All her actions exceed what is required or expected from her position. Shanna is Cheerful, encouraging, patient, sensitive, loving and respectful to our seniors which means everything. Shanna will sit and listen to the residents needs with compassion. Shanna will help residents up to there apartment with there groceries if she sees them struggling. Shanna volunteered our “SHOP with a COP” on a Saturday to transport resident items back to there home. Shanna is very involved with all the HOPE activities, we recently started TACO and she is there to help serve, cook and clean. The residents at both Gardens and Fountains speak only great things about her.
